This is the foundation of the design process. We meet with the client to understand their vision, lifestyle, functional needs, preferences, and budget. It’s about identifying the client’s goals and the overall direction of the project.

At this stage, we develop initial layout options and creative concepts. This includes defining the spatial organization, circulation flow, and overall design theme. Mood boards, inspiration images, and concept sketches are often used to communicate the proposed design style.

This phase focuses on optimizing the available space for both function and aesthetics. The designer finalizes the arrangement of furniture, lighting, and architectural elements to ensure comfort, accessibility, and balance in every area.

The designer presents the final concept to the client using 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and sample materials. This step helps the client visualize the final outcome and gives them the opportunity to provide feedback before moving forward.

This stage covers on-site execution. We oversee construction, installation, and coordination with contractors and craftsmen. Regular site visits ensure that the project progresses according to the approved design and timeline.

Once the main works are completed, the designer focuses on the finer details: arranging furniture, placing décor items, artwork, and accessories to create a cohesive and inviting atmosphere.
